From one machine
to a leading brand
The company had its inception in 1985, with the aim to serve earthmoving tyre users in the area when there was no presence of such a concept in Rajasthan. We have grown from a tyre service provider into a complete tyre solution provider, and have become one of the pioneering units in the country.
Our company was the first in India to install an OTR radial tyre retreading facility, for one particular size of tyre, and has since added facilities for other sizes. Starting with one machine, the company today has several, covering a wide range of OTR tyre sizes.
We are a leading exporter of tyre repair materials such as tyre repair patches and tube patches, and in India we supply our products across more than 20 states, from Jammu & Kashmir to Tamil Nadu.
Tyre retreading service
Retreading, both ways
Blackstone Rubber Industries is the first company in India to use German engineering for retreading tyres. We cover a wide range of tyre sizes, and we retread via the cold process and the hot process.
Hot Retread
The conventional process, also known as mould cure or hot cure. An un-vulcanised rubber strip is applied to the buffed casing and takes the pattern of the mould during vulcanisation — similar to making a new tyre.
Suitable for mining and road construction, very short leads, exposed ply, and side tread damaged while running.
Hot retreadCold Retread
The precure process, also known as cold cure. A tread strip with the pattern already pressed is bonded to the casing with a thin layer of cushion gum, and vulcanised by heat, pressure and time. Fast and economical, with less stress on the tyre.
Suitable for long leads and high speed, smooth surfaces, and smooth wearing.
